CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT IT!!!! Between my desk job and the mild arthritis in my back I’ve had for over 8 years, pain and discomfort all day is an all too familiar foe of mine. Got this on a whim because my back sucks. Starting out it's a little tough to wear and you probably won't wear it more than 15 min for the first few days till you get used to it. This isn't something your wear all day everyday but when your not wearing it, it tends to remind of why your posture should be. It is also good work out in for certain workouts where you need to keep your back straight. Takes a min to get used to and I would recommend wearing it over a shirt.

I sit at a computer desk 9+ hours a day. My posture is horrible. I always find myself holding my shoulders high and forward and hunched over toward the screen. It causes me a lot of neck, back and shoulder pain. I have tried posture correctors in the past but they were too stiff and not flexible enough. This one on the other hand is very soft and flexible but keeps my shoulds back and helps me from slouching. You can even hide it pretty well under clothes. Its going to become part of my daily work wardrobe.

Overall I really like this product. It works well just remember to keep it on your actual end of your shoulder basically over the shoulder joint. If it is only over your trapezoids it won’t feel as effective. The manufacturer could improve this product by adding a strap higher to keep it on the end of the shoulders easier. They could have the user snap it closed once the device is put on. Otherwise it is a great product and is helping me a lot. I feel like my confidence improves when I wear it as well since I am sitting up straighter. Also it isn’t really detectable under clothes. I added a picture of me wearing the corrector under my lightweight spring jacket up in this review, but I have found that the posture corrector also is not very noticeable under shirts either. I just prefer to wear it over my shirts so I don’t need to wash it as much.

This posture corrector is very easy to use. It was easy to fit, there is a video available to help with proper wear. It has certainly helped my back feel better and is working to correct my overall posture. I sit at a desk all day and often find myself hunching my shoulders so this has been great to help keep proper alignment when typing. So far I have followed the instructions of slowly increasing time of wear. I would definitely recommend this for posture correction and back pain. Even with tendonitis in my shoulder, I have not had any issue.

I am a young, fit male in my late 20's and bad posture affects anyone. I figured a simple, non-intrusive garment could help improve my posture.
It really does help! Basically, it's constant tension, pulling my shoulders back and straightening my spine. It's almost impossible to slouch in the upper back because the constant tension prevents it. I hope that by wearing this, I will develop some muscle memory and stand up straighter naturally.

Received on time. Wore it for a few hours per day and started noticing a difference right away. It doesn’t force you to stand upright, but it makes it a bit uncomfortable to slouch, which then makes the correct posture a more natural and comfortable choice. Would recommend!
